La Rita

Agut

The restaurant can be found in the Gothic Quarter and it's 75 years old. Besides the great food, here you can taste great wines and you do not need reservations although the restaurant is highly recommended. The address where you can find it is Gignas 16.

Shunka

It is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Barcelona and you can enjoy tasty sushi and many other delicious dishes. Shunka restaurant can be found at Sagristans 5, behind Hotel Colon.

El Raco de Can Fabes

If you drive 30 minutes north of Barcelona you will find El Raco de Can Fabes. You can also take the train for 45 min if you don't have a car, and be sure that you will not be disappointed when you get there. It is considered by the experts in culinary art, one of the top three restaurants in Barcelona. You can find the restaurant at Sant Joan, 6 Sant Celoni.

Torre D'Altamar

If you are looking to have an exotic meal and love sea food make a stop at Torre D'Altamar. Here you can enjoy fresh and delicious sea food dishes. Because of the location of the restaurant, in a car tower, you will find yourself captivated by the breathtaking views of Barcelona watching out on the window. Cafe de L'Opera

People were serving their famous hot chocolate here since 1929. The cafe can be found in La Rambla and it was renovated in 2004, adding beautiful art works in its interior.

Aurora

This is the place you can go to if you want a great night out. It's guaranteed that you will not stay on a chair thanks to the great music here and you will be on the dance floor all night. You can find Aurora at C/ Aurora, 7, Rambla Raval.

Amaltea

Here you can enjoy a healthy, vegetarian food because the restaurant uses fresh biological ingredients and products. In every bite you will feel that the food here is home-made, including the bread.You can eat lunch here for 10 euros and dine for a little over 14 euros. You can find Amaltea at Diputacio 164.

Blue Mandalay

It is a unique and original restaurant thanks to its decorator, Clementina Liscano, who decorated it in a Feng-shui way. The oriental cuisine is combined with the occidental one and you can find vivid colours and great food here. You can also eat a variety of dishes at a great, attractive price. The ambiance created by the colours is informal and cosy. Blue Mandalay can be found at C/ Provenza 330 just between Gaudi's Pedrera and Sagrada.

Devil's Kitchen

The grilled food here is great! If you feel hungry, you can eat a great burger at C/Lleialtat 4 at the Devil's Kitchen and don't leave without trying their crispy specialty "Devil Fries".

Dionisos Greek Restaurant

The restaurant can be found in more than 4 locations in Barcelona. Three of the locations are Borne, Eixample and Gracia. The authentic Greek cuisine makes the restaurant a great place to have dinner. When the night comes, the restaurant is magically transformed into a musical-bar called "Dio-Bar". You can come to the same place for a great meal and come back at night and have a good time listening to great music. The restaurant can be found at C/ Lleialtat 4 in Raval.

El Ultimo Agave

Stop here if you want to find a real Mexican place in Barcelona. It is not a sophisticated place so you will feel right as home. It is more like a cantina with Mexicans serving you tasty spicy food. On Fridays and Saturdays you can listen to mariachi while you are enjoying delicious tacos with guacamole. The restaurant can be found at Aragon 193.

Flaherty's Irish Pub

You can find here a variety of home-made food. They have a great stake pie, Sunday roast and a delicious Irish breakfast. You can locate the pub at Plaza Joaquim Xirau 08002 Barcelona Just off La Rambla.

L'Aromatica Cafe

If you really love coffee you will have a quality time here. You can enjoy a Spanish coffee and a traditional Spanish tea and if you want to eat a big breakfast before sightseeing and shopping in the city you came to the right place. If you're in a hurry you can grab a hot sandwich and be on your way. The cafe can be easily found because it's located on the Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, the biggest street in Barcelona.

La Fonda

The restaurant is located in Port Olympic and here you can try seafood, shellfish roasts and local specialties. It has excellent services and an extensive wine list. La Fonda can be found at Moll de Gregal, 7Port Olympic.

Mamita Linda

The Cuban music here makes you forget about all your problems. You can relax on the outdoor terrace and enjoy home made cooking. Make a stop here, sit back and relax while you're enjoying a mojito. You can find Mamita Linda at Riera Alta 33.
